ACCESS
Rental includes access to exhibit areas, auditorium and
all public spaces during, non-business hours, for up to
100 people. The first floor atrium area can accommodate
200 people for a stand-up reception or 80 people for a sit-down
dinner.
AUDITORIUM:
The 118-seat auditorium rental fee includes podium and microphone.
For an additional fee an audio-visual technician and equipment
will be provided, including state of the art ISDN computer
capabilities.
BOARDROOM:
The boardroom rental includes coffee set up and the use
of an overhead projector. This area accommodates 22 guests
seated at a table.
Book
it! (Bookings are made as dates are available,
on a first come, first served basis) Any combination
of Museum space can be used to meet your needs. The Creative
Discovery Museum is a smoke-free facility. The host may provide
alcoholic beverages during non-operational hours. A security
officer may need to be hired by the host for specific events.
