Volunteer Opportunities
Adult Volunteers
Volunteering is a great way to stay active and pass on information and skills. From administrative support to community relations, we have lots of different opportunities available!
Teen Volunteers
The Museum Apprentice Program for Teens (MAP program) is designed to give teens the opportunity to be actively involved in their community through volunteerism.
Group Volunteers
Volunteering is fun with friends! The Museum has opportunities for groups that will suit a wide variety of interests from social and/or religious groups to corporate groups.
Family Volunteers
Did you know that you can volunteer with your child? We run a family volunteer program for adults and their pre-school aged children. The program is held in the Little Yellow House area of the Museum which is a safe area designed for pre-school children ages 0-4 to explore and play through fun activities.
College Internships
Want to learn first hand about careers in science, museums, exhibit development, public relations, fundraising, or early childhood education? Interns at Creative Discovery Museum have the chance to do just that. The internship program will provide hands-on experience that will be a vital part of a college education.
