Creative Camp-Ins

Ever wish you could stay and play in the Museum with your friends after the doors are closed? Here's your chance. Book a Creative Camp-In and enjoy the Museum after the crowds have gone. Scouts can earn badges at these overnights as well as have fun.

Stay overnight and play in the Museum in our fun Overnight Creative Camp-In! (formerly Museum Mysteries After Dark) Discover what happens in the Museum after dark when everyone has gone home and the building is empty. You will be locked inside Creative Discovery Museum for a unique, after-dark adventure. You'll get to explore the exhibits, participate in a hands-on workshop, play games, shop, snack and much more!

Hours: 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.

Requirements: 1 adult chaperone (21 years or older) is required for every 5 children. Maximum group size: 100.

Cost: $28 per child, required adult chaperones free, additional adult chaperones $15. The minimum booking fee is $700 which covers up to 30 people (25 children plus 5 free adult chaperons). Pizza dinner, snack and breakfast are included.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Payment of the $100 deposit is due within one week of program reservation. Cancellations 20 or more business days prior to the date of the program are fully refundable or transferable to another program. Any cancellations received less than 20 business days prior to the program date will forfeit the full $100 deposit and may be subject to additional fees as stated below.

The Creative Camp-in and Museum After Dark Programs operate on a sliding fee scale dependent on the number of participants, which is effective for all groups that exceed 30 participants (25 children 5 chaperones). Final confirmation of the number of participants is required 5 business days prior to the date of the program and the total program fee is fixed at this time. No further changes to group size will be accepted after this point and no refunds will be issued.
