Creative Discovery Museum Honors Area Military, Police, Emergency Response Personnel in Remembrance of 9/11

All Military, Police and Emergency Response Personnel Receive Free Admission on September 10 and 11

(August 31, 2011) – In honor of the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, Creative Discovery Museum will offer free admission on September 10 and 11 to all police officers, military and emergency response personnel and their families. The offer is good for up to two adults and two children and valid only for September 10 and 11, 2011.

“We are pleased to honor all first responders with free admission on September 10 and 11,” said Henry Schulson, Executive Director at Creative Discovery Museum. “They so often go above and beyond the call in helping others and we are especially grateful for their work during the disastrous storms that struck our area last spring.”

“We hope first responders and their families will come and enjoy the Museum and our special exhibit Bob the Builder which closes on September 11,” Schulson said. “And just like Bob, we are thankful to have first responders who always say, ‘Yes, we can,’ whenever there is a need.”

Creative Discovery Museum also announces it will be now be offering a special $3 discount year round to all Hamilton County and City of Chattanooga police officers and emergency personnel in addition to the $3 discount already offered to military families.
