Hip Hop Celebration

We are excited to partner with Hip Hop Cha during the Hip Hop Summit in Chattanooga to celebrate with our guests!

On Friday, October 13 from 12-3 p.m., Museum guests of all ages will experience a variety of performances and hands-on activities all about Hip Hop dance and music.

The schedule for the afternoon includes:

12 p.m.: Author Raquel Horn will read her book, Dusko Goes to Space

‍1 p.m.: Hip Hop dance performance with Lamont Chapman, Kenneth Glatt, and Tryezz in the Atrium

2 p.m.: DJ-Beelax performance at Creation Station

2:30 p.m.: DJ DWhitt performance at Creation Station

This event is free with Museum admission and is part of CDM's ArtsLive programming, which is funded through Tennessee Arts Commission and ArtsBuild.
