Preschool Adventure: Community Helpers

Preschool Adventure: Community Helpers is an event designed for our youngest visitors (5 and under) and their caregivers. Through play-based, hands-on experiences, visitors can learn about jobs and workers in their community.

Volunteers from Ooltewah JROTC help facilitate activities, including:

• exploring a sensory bin related to recycling trucks
• pretend play with construction vehicles and blocks
• creating a “doctor’s bag” with medical supplies
• making farm animal tracks with Play-Doh

Through these activities, children can practice fine motor, language, and social skills as they create and play!

This event is free with admission to the Museum.
