Forces and Motion

During this dynamic, interactive Science Theater, students discover a variety of forces and motion. Learn how to defy gravity, shoot rockets and cannons, and race objects of differing masses to explore Newton's Law of Motion and Gravity. Forces and Motion includes a hands-on workshop led by CDM staff with a theme that complements the Science Theater show.

This lesson is designed for students in 3rd-5th grade. Forces and Motion is aligned with the Tennessee and Georgia Science Standards as well as the Next Generation Science Standards.
