Creativity is key as the work force and technology continue to change. Reflecting on how to cultivate and sustain creativity in students is one way to provide our children with the skills they need to be successful in the future.
Don’t miss Creativity: Inspiring Creative Confidence in Preschool and Beyond, an interactive workshop for preschool educators that will focus on the importance of creativity. Participants will experience ways to promote creativity in their students and selves through several activities which include:
- exploring ways to achieve creative art standards as they play in our traveling exhibit, Framed: Step Into Art;
- experiencing open-ended art projects in the Art Studio and brainstorming how to set up environments that encourage creativity; and
- engaging in creative problem solving in Make It.
Registration for this workshop includes a light dinner, three professional development hours, fellowship, door prizes and interactive lessons delivered by early childhood experts.
