Homeschool Lab Day

Register for any or all of the Spring semester days HERE.

CDM is excited to introduce our new Homeschool Lab Days for independent homeschool families! These special days are designed for family learning groups to engage in science inquiry, provide hands-on exploration, and create networking opportunities for homeschool families. Parents and children of all ages are welcome to attend!

These days will function similarly to our STEM Tours for schools, focusing on a specific theme each month.

Themes for the Spring semester:

February 15, 2024 - Simple Machines (1-5pm)
March 14, 2024 - Forces and Motion (1-5pm)
April 18, 2024 - Electrified (1-5pm)

Cost Per Person

$22.95/non-members

$10/members

Schedule

1pm - Science Lab Workshops in our classrooms

1:30pm - Demonstration in the Imaginatorium

2-5pm - Family museum play with the homeschool community

If you are interested in participating in a Homeschool Lab Day, please register below! Space is limited to 50 people.

PLEASE NOTE: Homeschool Lab Days are designed for family learning groups. Adults are expected to stay with their children throughout the event and are encouraged to engage in the experience as a family. Homeschool co-ops and larger groups are invited to call our Reservations Department to schedule group STEM Tours and Discovery Tours at 423.648.6040.
