CDM's certified teachers bring hands-on, standards-based lessons straight to your classroom! Lessons focus on a variety of STEAM topics and are designed for early childhood to 8th grade.

We now offer our standards-based, exciting Science Theater lessons in a virtual, flexible, hands-on format through View It and Do It!

Discovery Virtual Learning

Discovery Virtual Learning Experiences provide the opportunity to take advantage of the Museum’s hands-on instruction using the classroom environment.

Bioenergy Lessons Online

These lessons are organized by grade level and are designed to give students a fun, hands-on introduction to the science related to biofuels.

School Group Tours

A classroom tour is a wonderful way to help students make real-world connections between education content and concrete examples.

Science Theater

Our Science Theater experiences dazzle students with spectacular examples of physical and chemical phenomena and make science come to life.

Family Nights

An evening event for families. Creative Discovery Museum provides all the materials for 9 activities serving up to 300 participants.

STEAM Club for Homeschool

Supplement your homeschool curriculum with hands-on, interactive STEAM experiences you can't find anywhere else!

Grades 1-2, session 1

Topics include solar ovens, engineering toy cars and designing parachutes. Registration for Fall 2021 is now open!

Grades 3-5, Session 1

Topics include engineering toy cars, flying technologies and designing submersibles. Registration for Fall 2021 is now open!

Grades 6-8, Session 1

Topics include bioplastics, insulating homes and the water reuse process. Registration for Fall 2021 open now!
