Creative Discovery Museum is committed to keeping its visitors, staff and volunteers as safe as possible. The Museum has implemented policies and procedures to make sure families have a fun, but safe, experience.
Creative Discovery Museum (CDM) is temporarily closed, but its outreach efforts continue in the Chattanooga community. CDM has partnered with Hamilton County Schools to provide 2,000 Discovery Kits to elementary school children in HCS’s Opportunity Zone Schools.
COVID-19 has forced us all to change our norms. Simply put, we are all doing life and business differently.
So with the thought of continuing this stressful new normal “until further notice," what do we do? How do we cope? This post will go over topics like juggling time, creating a schedule, behavior management, conflict management and other survival tips that may make life more bearable, maybe even enjoyable, during this uncertain time.
Being a resource for families, CDM has a social responsibility to our community and wants to participate in taking proactive measures to prevent the spread of illness in and around Chattanooga. CDM will remain closed indefinitely. All programs, events and parties are cancelled until CDM reopens.
